1. Any product-related issues must be informed to us on email within 12 hrs of receipt of product.

2. No claims will be entertained after 7 days from the date of delivery, No refunds and no returns will be accepted beyond this period.

Return eligibility: A product may be eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:

1. Wrong item ordered (only if unopened and unused).

2. product is in its original condition (Unused and uninstalled).

3. Original packaging with all accessories intact.

4. Product must not be tampered with or used in any manner.

5. Missing parts/accessories in the delivered package.

6. Incorrect product received (not matching the order details).

7. Damaged or faulty product received (with valid proof of damage).

Replacement & Refund

1. If the claim is genuine, a free replacement will be provided or a 100% refund will be processed within 5 working days.

2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs to & fro shall be paid by customer.

3. Payment Gateway Charges to be born by Customer.
